Registration and payment of fees will be
absolutely necessary for attending any of the Congress
Events. The form must be accompanied by the payment in
Euros (€). No registration will be considered until the
payment is received.
In order to ensure that your registration information is
processed quickly and correctly, the organizers request
that you register using the online registration form . Your
credit card and personal information will be protected
from unauthorized access by an online security system (SSL).

If for any reason you are unable to use the online
registration form, please fill out the registration Form (pdf
version) and send it to the secretariat via fax OR mail.

The latest date for registration by mail or e-mail will be April 12th,
2006. Any registration form received after this date will be processed
on site at the Congress.
Terms of Payments
Payments may be remitted:
- By credit card, (Visa, Master Card, Euro Card). Please complete
the corresponding section of the Registration Form.
Cancellation Policy:
Registered participants unable to attend the Congress may ask for
refunds. A cancellation fee of 20% will be withheld if refund is
requested in writing after April 1st, 2006. No refunds will be accepted
if requested after April 15th, 2006. All refunds will be done after the
congress.
Pending Amounts:
Any differences arising in the registration fees will be collected on
site by the Secretariat. In the event that registration funds were wired
late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited on the Congress
account at the time of registration, a
photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be
presented, full payment will be required on site.
