A number of rooms of a wide range of prices and categories (5*, 4* and 3*) have been reserved by the General Secretariat for the participants of the EUROPREVENT 2006 Congress during the period of April 18 to April 21, 2007 Participants are advised to book rooms as early as possible, since rooms will be reserved on a first come/first served basis.

All hotel rooms have a bathroom, and the prices include breakfast and VAT 7%. The reservations will be confirmed upon reception of the hotel deposit (first night payment). No reservation will be guaranteed and processed without the payment of this deposit. You will receive confirmation of the hotel booking indicating the name of the hotel and its address; the confirmation letter must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.

In order to ensure that your accommodation information is processed quickly and correctly, the organizers suggest that you use the online registration & accommodation form. Your credit card and personal information will be protected from unauthorized access by an online security system (SSL).

If for any reason you are unable to use the online registration & accommodation form, please fill out the Form in pdf version and send it to the secretariat via fax OR mail.

Hotel accommodation must reach TILESA OPC before April 1st 2007, together with the hotel deposit.

Do not forget to indicate alternative choices since all hotels have limited room allotments. Without indication, an arbitrary hotel assignment of the same category will be made on your behalf in case your first choice is unavailable.

Any change you wish to introduce in the hotel bookings must be addressed to the General Secretariat by fax or e-mail.
